messed up

hey guys...i totally messed up my last blog..i went and edited smtg and it all went wrong so i did a new one here...just check out my fb k.. sorry for the inconvienience!

salt of the earth, light of the world...

well, i just came back from Youth Leadership Camp and it was awesome we gathered in church on friday evening and ended up leaving late but nevertheless, we still made it. then we had a session by Alvin Teoh and he was speaking on the importance of Eucharist and serving and agape love..haha..he's a very good speaker coz he speaks based on his life experience and he can really get your attention. we had a small praise and worship session led by Brendan, a 27 year old guy who will be joining the seminary next year... he sang this song which had the lyrics 'Let go and let me in' it really touched my heart really really deep in and it pierced it hearing the lyrics and his voice..

seriously, he was like an angel there singing and it was so soothing and calming..i cried listening to him and the words of the song..after that, we headed for bed..the next morning, we had another praise and worship session before we started our session.. and yet again, the songs struck me and i teared..Eddy who was also the speaker for my confirmation camp was also there with his wife, Pricilla..he gave us a session which was continued by Tony..

anyway, the higlight of the camp was the inner healing session we had at night, it was so so calming and painful at the same time..painful because everything inside of me that i kept inside of me, i just let it go and my heart felt so much more lighter..and calming because listening to the PnW songs was like a lullaby when ur not aware of whats happening and only focusing on God..i did not rest in the Spirit like many others did, but i know i did feel the presence of God and the Holy Spirit within me..and nothing can top what i felt..

so after inner healing session that night, a few of us stayed up and had story telling time..haha..Brendan was telling how he wanted to join the priesthood and some of his life stories.. then we went downstairs to the main hall to continue story telling about ghost stories which was lead by Alvin..haha..then we went up to our dorms and slept coz we were all so sleepy by then...

the next day we had the infilling of the Spirit, that was another calming session...i felt the Holy Spirit within me but i did not rest in the Spirit..its okay..maybe its not my time yet to feel it.. but it was nice and creepy in a way to see other ppl feeling it...God bless them.. later on we had lunch and packed our bag to head home...all the memories and the things we felt and shared there will never be replaced...
